At St. Jane de Chantal, we are honored to provide patients/residents specialized services and individualized care. Using a holistic approach to care, St. Jane incorporates the mind, body and spirit into daily living. Patients/residents can choose from sessions of aromatherapy, light therapy, massage, pet therapy, Tai Chi, weighted blankets to help alleviate falls, and yoga.

St. Jane de Chantal personnel embrace the philosophy of person-centered care. This is a philosophical approach to care that honors and respects the voice of patients/residents and those working closest with them. It involves a continuing process of listening, trying new things, seeing how they work, and changing things in an effort to individualize care.

We value all persons and acknowledge that each person has strengths, abilities, gifts, and contributions to offer. We strive to create a homelike environment that is aesthetically pleasing and is embedded with technology and designed to maximize accessibility for all persons. Care is provided in a flexible manner so that it accommodates resident choice, preferences, and autonomy in decision making.

We are Nebraska’s only nursing facility accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, CARF, and dual certified by Medicare and Medicaid.





St. Jane de Chantal received the 2016 Bronze Commitment to Quality designation from the American Health Care Association/ National Center for Assisted Living. The award demonstrates our dedication to improving the lives of residents through quality care.






In 2019, St. Jane de Chantal earned the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living Silver Award – Achievement in Quality. The award encourages applicants to learn and develop effective approaches that help improve performance and healthcare outcomes. Achieving the Silver Award signifies St. Jane’s commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care to residents and their families.
